Return Conditions

  1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if the product you received is the wrong size or of poor quality, you have the right to return it.
  2. You may return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  3. The customer is responsible for maintaining the product’s quality and safety during the withdrawal period and for any reduction in its value.
  4. When returning a product, the following conditions must be met:
    4.1. The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging;
    4.2. The product must not be damaged by the buyer;
    4.3. The product must be unused and retain its original appearance (intact labels, unbroken protective films, etc.). This condition does not apply to defective products;
    4.4. The returned product must include all items that were originally provided;
    4.5. All products from a single order must be returned together;
    4.6. Returns must be sent via Latvijas Pasts as a registered small package to the following address: Ausekļa iela 3- 60, Riga, LV–1010.
  5. miglavita.eu reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
  6. The buyer cannot return a product that has been damaged by them or has undergone significant changes in appearance.
  7. All return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. In cases of defects or errors, please attach a copy of the return shipping receipt for reimbursement.
  8. If there is a dispute regarding a product defect, an expert assessment will be carried out.
  9. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned product is received. The refund will be made to the original payer’s bank account.
  10. When returning products, the transportation risk is borne by the sender. Please keep your postal receipt and tracking number—these are required in case of postal claims.
