Terms of use

SIA MobWebTech, Registration No. 40203486793, Address: Rīga, Ausekļa iela 3 - 60, LV-1010 (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store), provides website content and offers goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use set out below.


1. General Provisions

When a consumer purchases goods or services through this website, such a transaction is considered a Distance Contract and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia regulating distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations on Distance Contracts.


2. Purchasing Process

The prices and product specifications displayed in the Online Store are provided next to each item.
To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart, complete all required fields, and select your preferred delivery method. The total cost of the order, including delivery, will be shown before payment.
To finalize the order, complete the payment process.


3. Payment Terms

All transactions on the website are processed in Euros (EUR). Payments may be made through the payment platform makecommerce.lv (Maksekeskus AS) using the following methods:

  • Payments from Latvian banks: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor
  • Payments from Lithuanian banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
  • Payments from Estonian banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
  • Visa/Mastercard credit or debit cards

Note: When paying via internet banking, please confirm your order and click “Return to merchant” to complete the process.

Personal data required for payment processing is transferred securely to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.

The contract becomes valid once the payment has been successfully received in the Online Store’s bank account.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be notified, and the full amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notification.


4. Delivery Terms

Goods are delivered to Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania via SIA DPD Latvija, SIA Omniva and SIA Latvijas Pasts.
All taxes and fees applicable upon delivery to the destination country must be covered by the Buyer.
Delivery costs are displayed prior to order confirmation. Products are typically delivered within 2–4 working days, though in exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days, with prior notice to the customer.


5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
(Note: In some cases, depending on the product type, the right of withdrawal may not apply; if so, this will be clearly stated in the product description.)

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers, not to legal entities.
During the withdrawal period, the product may only be used as necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. The Buyer is responsible for preserving the product’s quality and safety during this period.

If the product is damaged, misused, or returned without its original packaging, the Online Store reserves the right to reduce the refunded amount proportionally to the reduction in product value.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, complete and submit the Return Form (available here) to mobwebtech.latvia@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged product, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned goods must be sent back to the Seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal form.
Once the goods are received, the Online Store will refund the payment within 14 days.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.

If the Buyer selects a delivery option that exceeds the standard delivery cost, the Online Store is not obligated to refund the additional shipping charges.

The Online Store is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Online Store reserves the right to cancel a sale and request the return of goods if the listed price was significantly below the market value due to an error.


6. Consumer Rights for Non-Conforming Goods

The Online Store is responsible for product non-conformity or defects that appear within 6 months of delivery, unless such issues are inconsistent with the nature of the product or defect.
The Buyer must notify the Seller of the defect within 2 months of its discovery by emailing mobwebtech.latvia@gmail.com.

The Online Store is not responsible for defects arising after delivery.
If the product is found defective, the Buyer is entitled to free repair or replacement.
If repair or replacement is not possible, the Seller will refund all payments made under the Distance Contract.
All consumer complaints will receive a written response within 15 days.


7. Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store processes only the personal data necessary to complete an order, such as name, surname, and email address.
Personal data is shared with transport service providers solely for delivery purposes.

If the Buyer has agreed to receive marketing communications, the Online Store may send updates and offers using the provided email address.
The Buyer may opt out at any time by contacting mobwebtech.latvia@gmail.com.


8. Dispute Resolution

In matters not covered by these Terms, both parties shall comply with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Disputes between the Buyer and Seller shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation or correspondence.
If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

Consumers also have the right to submit disputes to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
